Samuji, Part One: Lena Trousers

Today I'm featuring the gorgeous Samuji Lena trousers.

These are very simple, slim-cut pants with side pockets, zipper detail at the hem, and a tie waist for comfort. They are lined to the knee in cotton and beautifully cut. Comfortable yet chic, with an Isabel Marant vibe, Scandinavian-style. The fabric, made in Japan, is a soft wool twill with a slightly nubby texture and comes in classic navy blue.

This style of trouser (popular since its introduction to high style by Ms. Marant several years ago) is now a classic. It would look especially good with our Le Vestiaire de Jeanne Uniform Shirt in black linen or a Small Trades striped tee, or dace's Edward Shirt... Wear it on the weekend with a slouchy tee or sweater and sneakers; weekdays it will look fantastic with a jacket and heeled ankle boots. Imagine all the possibilities!

And now 30% off! Yesyes!

(note: color here is a little desaturated to show more detail, the top photo is more true.)
